General Settings
Alert List Settings:
- Show/Hide Column Names - This allows you to hide the display of the
column headings so you can see more alerts in the listing.
- Font Size - This allows you to specify the size of the characters in
the alert listing.
- Title Column Size - This allows you to specify how much of the screen
width do you want to dedicate to display the alert's name. This allows you to
minimize any horizontal scrolling. When set to Auto-Size, the size of the column
will be wide enough to display the longest named alert.
Title Keypad Mode - This allows you to specify the preferred input mode when you are naming a new
alert.
Keypad Unlock - This will allow Alerts to automatically unlock the keypad
when an alert triggers, so you can dismiss or snooze the alert without having to
first unlock the keypad. Select "# Key" for 2002 and 2003 based smartphones, and
"* Key" for WM5 phones.
Dismiss Confirmation - This allows you to specify if Alerts should
confirm if you really want to dismiss an alert just in case you accidentily
clicked "Dismiss" when you really meant to click Snooze.
Additional Sound Path - This allows you to specify an additional memory location, such as a directory on a
storage card, from where Alerts! can include any found (wav) sound files for you to
additionally choose from when setting up an alert. Press OK (action) button to
pop-up a folder display to easily navigate and select the desired path/location.
